SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
PLEASE NOTE;
- Scandikid cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service
- Scandikid cannot cover the cost of return shipping
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We are unable to modify or change already placed orders
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $8.99 standard flat rate shipping and $12.99 express flat rate shipping to customers in Australia excluding any items deemed bulky.
We also offer free standard shipping for all orders over $250 within Australia excluding any items deemed bulky.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand only. Please contact us directly if you are outside of Australia or New Zealand and wish to purchase from Scandikid.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Scandikid is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Bulky Item Charge
We have a bulky item charge for some of our larger items and furniture.
Heavy Items 5kg+ – flat rate of $20. This includes doll prams and other items.
Heavy Items 10kg+ – flat rate of $50. This includes dolls houses and other items.
Please note you may be charged additional shipping on top of the flat rate shipping by Scandikid. Once you have submitted your order, you will be contacted by Scandikid. We will always try and find the most cost effective option for our customers.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@scandikid.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please be advised Scandikid requires a street address for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer and we do not hold responsibility for items lost during shipping when returned.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours from delivery at hello@scandikid.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. You can view our full refund policy here.
