Scandikid is based in Perth, Western Australia and all orders are shipped from here.
Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We accept Afterpay, Mastercard, Visa, American express, Shopify pay, Apple pay, Paypal and Google Pay.
We are sure you will love your beautiful Scandikid products but if for any reason it’s not the right for you or you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide a refund. Please note, the products must be unused, in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of being delivered. See our refund policy for more details.
Once your return has been received please allow up to 7 business days processing time for the Scandikid team to contact you via email. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer and we do not hold responsibility for items lost during shipping when returned.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that are sale or clearance items. We also do not provide returns for gift cards.
